PLEASE NOTE
We do not help customers unload trash, TVs, etc. that they bring to the landfill. Assistance with unloading items is a $25 fee. If you have something that is too heavy and you cannot lift it yourself, we strongly recommend that you bring someone to help you unload it.
There is a new Anti-Litter Ordinance for Elkhart County. Please make sure your loads are covered and securely tied down when arriving.
Effective January 1, 2022: There will be no warnings; all loads uncovered will be fined.
A Sheriff's Office official will enforce this ordinance. He will patrol and look for uncovered loads as well as loads covered incorrectly and are losing debris.
